*Rates are listed on per room basis; Double rates are

Registration includes parking, hotel
accommodation for Saturday night, meals and refreshment
for Saturday & Sunday, one registration packet, and
admission to all convention programs.
Ø
Rooms are available for special rate of
US$86/Night (incl. taxes) for two nights before or after
the convention if booked at least 30 days in advance
through BSNA/WBO.
Ø
Only vegetarian food and non-alcoholic
beverages are served or allowed at the convention.
Ø
Regular convention programs start with
breakfast on Saturday morning and end with dinner on
Sunday evening.
Ø
The business meetings of the Board of
Trustees and Executive Committees are scheduled on
Friday late afternoon.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $100
will be charged if notified in writing before April
30, 2007; $150 before May 15, 2007. No refund if
notified on or after May 15, 2007. Full credit will
be given to BSNA life members toward the registration
fee for the next BSNA convention if notified before May
15, 2007.
